If you need help submitting your compliance documents to your brokerage, you can count on us! We’ll make sure every ‘i’ is dotted and ‘t’ is crossed, then we’ll submit those documents to your brokerage and make sure you are in the clear and getting paid!

Got listings? Hate doing the admin work to get it up and running in MLS? We’re your peeps! We’ll pull all property information from GIS and the tax website, write your listing description, upload photos, create MLS draft listing and upon written approval from you take the listing live, upload documents for compliance and follow them through to approval.

Agent Responsibilites
- Once you receive the signed contract, please fill out our intake form promptly
- Upload the contract along with the form submission
- If you have a short Due Diligence period (10 days or less), call us at 843.732.2007 to notify us as quickly as possible
- For Dotloop subscribers, add closings@realtytechpros.com as a team member
- Ensure the following documents are included in your e-sign platform:
- Signed contract
- Disclosures
- Lender pre-approval (buy side)
- Since we are an extension of you, it’s important that we know what you know… therefore it’s important that we maintain clear communication
- Promptly share any communications from parties to the transaction that may impact the timeline
- You’ll handle all repair negotiations; but we’ll prepare the repair addendum and obtain signatures
- We’ll count on you to provide guidance to clients on contractual obligations and major decisions
- While we are here to help move things along, ultimately it’s your money, so…
- review the Settlement Statement (HUD) for accuracy
- review and approve your commissions prior to final submission (if applicable)
